Bessey Heavy-Duty U-Type Clamp SGU30-14-10 – 300/140 mm for T- and Double-T Profiles

The Bessey Heavy-Duty U-Type Clamp SGU30-14-10 is specially designed for clamping T- and double-T profiles from both sides. With a clamping force of up to 12,000 N at a tightening torque of 40 Nm, it masters demanding tasks in metal construction and locksmith work. The U-shaped fixed jaw is made from a single piece, tempered, and therefore torsionally rigid – this guarantees maximum break resistance and highest stability.

Clamp from Both Sides

The SGU30-14-10 is specially designed for clamping T- and double-T profiles from both sides. With a fixed jaw throat depth of 100 mm and a sliding jaw throat depth of 130 mm, it offers optimal adaptation to different profile sizes.

Movable Special Pressure Plate

The heat-resistant high-performance pressure plate can be swiveled up to 35° and replaced. It has an extremely long service life due to the excellent gliding and emergency running properties of the oil-impregnated sintered steel insert.

Forged Sliding Jaw

The sliding jaw is made of forged tempered steel and withstands even the greatest loads. You can always rely on it.

Tempered Spindle

The tempered spindle is particularly stable and wear-resistant. This significantly increases its service life – for durable use in daily operation.
