Bessey Heavy-Duty Clamp SGM SG100M – 1000/140 mm with 20% more clamping force

The Bessey heavy-duty clamp SGM SG100M is the high-performance clamp for the highest demands in metal construction and locksmith work. With 20% more clamping force per spindle rotation due to an optimized rail profile, it achieves a clamping force of up to 12,000 N with a tightening torque of 40 Nm. The forged U-shaped sliding arm guarantees maximum stability through linear power transmission. With a clamping width of 1000 mm, it is ideal for very large workpieces.

The optimized profile shape guarantees higher clamping force build-up in a shorter time with greater stability and safety. The fixed jaw, forged from a single piece with an integrally formed pressure plate, is tempered and galvanized, making it highly resilient and torsionally stiff.

Forged U-shaped sliding arm

The U-shaped sliding arm made of forged heat-treated steel guarantees maximum safety through linear power transmission and withstands even the greatest loads. You can always rely on it.

Heat-resistant special pressure plate

The heat-resistant special pressure plate can be swiveled up to 35° and is replaceable. It has an extremely long service life due to the excellent sliding and emergency running properties of the hardened and oil-impregnated sintered steel insert.
